Key member of the bid team, delivering final oral presentation to client. Acted as project manager and subject matter expert for the Assessment of current state of IT Management Best Practices. The City is the 5th largest government in Canada. This key project reported directly to the Executive Director of Corporate Senior ITIL and IT Governance.

• Delivered ITIL Foundations and Service Managers classes across North America
• Clients included Fortune 100 companies, US Federal Government, Canadian Provincial Government

Financial Service Sector

Business Planning Process Facilitation

Co-facilitator in a series of meetings to define the creation and potential services that could be offered via a private trading exchange for non-traditional mortgages. This was a joint venture between a group of financial services and mortgage service companies to expand their offering in a new segment. Deliverables included a business framework for the new JV entity, definition of key players and processes (Built on the Zachman framework), and the services that could be offered to the market by the entity.
